CALLING ALL FAMILIES: Be a part of a heart-melting number in our Studio A Annual Recital! Moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas and dancers, ages 5 and up, will have the opportunity to go on stage together. Spend time bonding with your dancer have lots of fun! We are so excited to see our Fam Jam on stage!

Classes are SATURDAYS from 1:00 - 1:45pm for Walled Lake on the following dates:
Saturday, April 18
Saturday, April 25
Saturday, May 2
Saturday, May 9
Saturday, May 16
The class is $150 and includes a performance t-shirt.

RECITAL & DRESS REHEARSAL

Walled Lake’s Dress Rehearsal is 
Tuesday May 26th.

 

Walled Lake’s Recital is 
Friday May 29th & Saturday, May 30th.

 

Dress Rehearsal and Recitals will be held at

Walled Lake Northern High School.

PICTURE WEEK

Picture week will be May 11th - 16th. Pictures will happen during your regularly scheduled class time. Please make sure your dancer arrives in full costume, hair and makeup this week. More Information about individual photos will be forthcoming.

DRESS CODE AND SHOES
(rec classes only)

Intro Dance - Pink Ballet Shoes and activewear of any kind. 
Tap/Hip Hop - Black tap shoes (any brand) and activewear of any kind.
Lyrical - Nude Capezio Pirouette II shoes and tight fitting activewear.
Jazz - Tan Jazz shoes (any style and brand) and tight fitting activewear.
Jazz/Hip Hop - Tan Jazz shoes (any style and brand) and tight fitting activewear.
Acro - No shoes are required (dancer’s will be barefoot) and tight fitting activewear that will not fall above your dancer's head when upside down.
Ballet - Pink Ballet Shoes with a split sole that are best/cleanest fit (any brand), pink tights, and a black leotard.
Ballet/Lyrical - Pink Ballet Shoes with a split sole that are best/cleanest fit (any brand), and tight fitting activewear.
Tap - Black Capezio shoes with teletone taps for advanced dancers. Beginners may wear any brand, but not American Ballet Theater or Spotlights. We do not recommend a split sole tap shoe, as they may cause injury to feet and ankles. Activewear that does not cover the feet is also required.
Hip Hop - Sneakers that are not worn outside. For recital, your teacher will provide shoe style requirements. Activewear that helps the dancer feel the style such as loose sweatpants is also required.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR COMPETITION CLASSES, PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR DANCER'S INSTRUCTOR RE: THE REQUIRED SHOE COLORS!

~ REMINDERS ~

If you have a young dancer who is unable to use the bathroom alone, change their shoes or is not able to go outside unattended please make sure an adult is present in the building.
